Summer skin with Aesop

Protection is the most important thing for the skin, and summer in a big city can provide stress, harsh sun rays and pollution. Aesop recently released their summer campaign that focuses on summer skin in the big city.

If you have walked by Aesop’s windows in Prinsensgate lately, you may have noticed the window showcase with constant moving boxes, these boxes are stacked on top of each other to represent the skin cells that are always moving and are constantly reacting to the environment and experiences. This emphasises Aesop's skin care series that focuses on protecting and nurturing the skin in relation to the skin's condition and situation. This artwork is installed in selected Aesop stores worldwide.

“Skin care is at the heart of Aesop. It's ingrained in everything we do, in our product development, our research, our commitment to honest skin care and our values," said Marsha Meredith, Aesop Creative Director.

In addition to the campaign that stretches over the summer, they have launched a whole new series of Sun Factor 50, easy-to-use Protective Body Lotion SPF50 along with Petitgrain Reviving Body Gel. Together, they ensure that the skin is protected and nourished before and after sun exposure.

Protective Body Lotion SPF50 is a lightweight, water resistant sun protectant for your body, with essential oils of green mint and lemon that provide a distinctive, comfortable aroma. This invigorating form provides up to 80 minutes of water resistance, wide-spectrum protection from destructive UVA and UVB rays as well as E vitamins that nourish the skin.
